I have stayed here many times and for me it's just a small clean and convenient place to rest. I like the owners and it's local for me to relax and enjoy some TV and order in. The parking lot is paved nicely and it is also lit brightly so it feels safe.

I spent 5 nights here and found the room to be very clean and well kept. The manager was very friendly and accommodating and responded to my inquiries. This hotel is in a very safe area and close to the Jersey Shore and many other amenities. I will stay here again when I’m in this wonderful area.

Spent 2 nights here in August for a concert in Asbury Park. Front desk staff was wonderful, very accommodating. My flight landed much earlier than expected and I was able to check in to my room early with no hassle. They leave complimentary water bottles in the room which was a nice surprise, I put it in the mini fridge for when I got back and on such a hot night it was a great feature! I didn’t have housekeeping come to my room so no experience with that, but the room was very clean when I arrived. Prices were great, best in the area. Awesome bar right across the street. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to the ocean! Highly recommend the At 9!

I chose this property for it's proximity to the shore. Headed in to NJ for a last minute weekend getaway, and this was right on the money. Motel was clean and felt safe (I travel alone frequently, and while I wasn't alone this time, I would stay here alone in the future - no problem). The proprietor was super friendly and accommodating, even when our arrival was delayed. The room was clean and had a huge jetted tub. This may not be a 5 star high end property - but I was pleasantly surprised overall with the cleanliness and condition of the room & building, and it exceeded my expectations.

Very clean rooms, convenient to the highway. Great service - he even came out to as we were leaving to return something we left.

I stayed here for five nights for a business training course. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, even assisting me with my bags. The room was clean, the jacuzzi was amazing, and all of the amenities were in perfect working order. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable. This motel was an incredible value, and if in the area again, this would be my first choice of where to stay. I would also highly recommend it to others.

Nice place. Owner was friendly Just have to be careful of metal pieces around bed. hit my knees on hit 3 times I guess it's to hold mattress in place..Lol

We were here for two nights while visiting family, and we were surprised to find this little gem of a family-run motel. The outside was clean and inviting, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with supportive mattresses. The room refrigerator was a larger one with a separate freezer, and there was a sparkling clean microwave. The family running the motel went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Thoroughly recommend!
